The perfect Getaway. Beautiful Nature , perfect for biking and a fully equipped house that is tailored for 8 adults. Two rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Andy and Sabine are the definition of Superhosts. We will be back.

A fabulous home and wonderful base for exploring the area. Yes, it’s steep getting up to the house- but we all have buns of steel now which not everyone can say after a week of Italian dining! Stefania couldn’t have done enough for us- grazie mille. The house is spectacular and Malcesine is a gorgeous town. Cable car, Canale di Tenno, Limone via ferry, even a bracing swim in Lake Garda. We loved every minute of our stay.

The apartment itself was spotless, with everything well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. I spent two days with my family in Ezio's beautiful house. The house exactly reflects the photos and descriptions, as well as the outdoor area, and everything is thoughtfully cared for. We were looking for two days of relaxation and it's just what we found. The area is particularly quiet and very close to Lake Caldonazzo. The opportunity to use the heated hot tub in the evening, overlooking the surrounding mountains and stars, is the icing on the cake of the house. Ezio has provided us with a lot of useful information and tips on activities to do, where to eat and everything you need. We really felt like friends of the hosts. Last plus: we were asked for the utmost attention to recycling, which we were very happy with.

Great service and a great place to hke around Merano

We loved the house! Beautiful home and backyard. The spa and sauna were amazing. Our host was very friendly and welcoming and gave great recommendations for restaurants. The center of town was just a short walk down the hill. We absolutely loved Malchesine. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment, much like the host Stefano, was truly exceptional. We felt completely at home, and had everything we could possibly need. The spacious backyard garden offers so much privacy. We travelled with a one-year-old, and she absolutely loved being able to get out of the apartment and into the garden on her own. It wasn’t just a place to sleep – we enjoyed spending our days there as well. The location is perfect – just a short walk from Arco’s charming old town, park, playground, and more. Plus, it’s only a 10-minute drive to Riva del Garda or Torbole, with several grocery stores within walking distance. Stefano is an outstanding host – the definition of a “Superhost.” We can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay. The location of the house and views are absolutely stunning, and the house itself is lovely. We went in the winter and therefore did not get to enjoy the tennis court, but it looked great. Federica is also a kind and thoughtful host. Highly recommended.

Great location. It's a few meters to the small beach on foot. Next time, I'll take water shoes and a beach lounger with me that the uncomfortable stones are no longer a problem! Otherwise, you are very comfortably equipped with the great sun loungers on the terrace at the house! We felt completely comfortable and will be back for sure

Really nice, comfortable and super new apartment... perfect furnishings and a kitchen of level! There were 4 of us with a dog and with the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms we found ourselves perfectly! At this price impossible to find better... and Mara a super host, always ready to answer any questions and very useful tips! See you next time, thank you
