It consists of a bedroom, living room, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom. It has about 33 m2, free WiFi, parking, air conditioning, and a barbecue in the yard. The bedroom has a double bed for two people and a sofa bed in the living room that folds out into a twin-sized bed. It is located about 200 metres from the beach and the bus stop. Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)
