It consists of a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom. It has about 33 m2, free Wi-Fi, parking, air conditioning and a barbecue in the yard. In the bedroom there is a double bed for two people and in the living room there is a sofa that can be pulled out into a bed for two people. It is about 200 m away from the beach and the bus station for Zrće. The center is 750 m away.

Unsere Ferienwohnung Sunset-Oase befindet sich in dem kleinen Örtchen Prizna an der Kvarner Bucht. Die Wohnung liegt in Erster Linie am Adriatischen Meer. Die Lagune ist direkt über einen eigenen Treppenzugang erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung wurde in 2017 neugebaut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die 15 m² große Terrasse  bietet einen romantischen Sonnenuntergang. Sie ist mit Sonnenliegen, Stühlen und Terrassentisch ausgestattet. Die Inseln PAK (3 km) und RAB (15 km) können schnell erreich werden.

W apartamencie jest salon z telewizorem z płaskim ekranem i konsolą do gier 5S5 wraz z grami, kuchnia z pełnym wyposażeniem i zmywarką. W każdej sypialni jest telewizor. We rent a holiday apartments a bit uphill from apartment complex Gajac in a peaceful surrounding and nature near Zrće beach (20 min walk to the festival area and famous clubs - Papaya, Aquarius, Kalypso & Noa / only few minutes with a car). Beautiful Gajac beach is reached by a shortcut (800m), 10min walk and it will lead you to the nicest part of the beach with a great beach restaurant! Closest city is Novalja (2 km).
