Open space, molto luminoso e silenzioso, a 5 minuti di auto dal centro, 15 minuti a piedi, nelle immediate vicinanze potrete trovare mezzi pubblici, negozi supermarket farmacia. Letto 140 * 200 posto su un soppalco mobile, per ulteriori dettagli basta cercare on line "letto rising", il secondo letto per la terza persona è un comodo divano letto (Divanetto Nio,) le dimensioni del letto quando aperto sono di 192,5 * 105, vi è inoltre un ampio divano ed una comoda scrivania.
