The Château de Lescouët welcomes you in an exceptional setting and offers you the charm and calm of the countryside while being in the heart of Lamballe and close to the beaches and tourist sites that our beautiful region brings you (Pléneuf, Erquy, Saint-Malo...) The apartment, classified as furnished tourist accommodation, is located on the second floor of the castle and offers a superb unobstructed view. Great for a quiet stay for couples with or without children, or groups of friends.

Lamballe: studio and cozy calm

Located in a quiet residence, with private parking, close to the TGV train station and the city center, close to all shops including a "Tartapain", you will be assured of a comfortable stay in a clear studio (22m2), 2nd floor, with elevator. Your rental includes an entrance, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a living room with fitted and equipped kitchen. Close to the Mathurin Méheut Museum, the stud farm, the collegiate church, and 15 minutes from the beaches, within reach of Caps Fréhel and Erquy.

Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

LES CHAMPS NEIGHBORHOOD: you can enjoy the pedestrian streets: many shops (restaurants, shopping...), tourist activities (museums, cinema, theater), stroll through the Historic Center and have a drink at the Le Légué marina. The house is located 1200 m from the train station and 1700 m from the city center. To get to the coast: Erquy is 30 minutes away and Pléneuf Val André is 20 minutes away. A supermarket is 200 m away. Beds are made upon arrival. My cat Tokyo is present. 2 private parking spaces.
