The "La Terrasse du Loir" gîte is private (open since 2021), with a private swimming pool and no neighbours overlooking. The pool and the telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022, and the pool is heated to 29°C In 2026: Heated swimming pool from 27 March to 1 November inclusive. In 2027: Heated pool from 26 March to 1 November inclusive. 115 m² gîte + large 24 m² terrace overlooking Le Loir, located 2.5 km from the Zoo. The accommodation can accommodate 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 beds).

Le Haut Gué is a set of farm buildings set in peaceful countryside in the beautiful Loire Valley, 2km south of the village of Parçay-les-Pins. 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a spacious lounge, dining room and a well-equipped kitchen, providing comfortable accommodation for up to 10 people. The shared heated pool is available for guests use from May to September. Excellent base for exploring the Loire chateaux, Saumur, Angers, Tours. Good location for Le Mans 24 Hours & Classic. French Le Pigeonnier, 2 bedrooms & pool

La Touché, a former manorial hamlet in Courléon, France provides an idyllic country retreat in the Loire Valley with a heated pool, just 20 minutes from the River Loire with castles and vineyards. The heated pool (open May to Sep) is in a quiet, separate and secure courtyard with an established garden. The Gîtes have been lovingly restored with natural stone walls and beautiful oak beams full of charm and character, perfect for families to come and relax, enjoy the weather and good food.

Château Stables with Truffle Orchard

In the grounds of a 15th century château - featured in a number of home & interior magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. (This accommodation has not been adapted for people with disabilities of any kind.)

A house with character in the heart of a 45-hectare park

Located in the heart of the park, the stables of Hodebert is the ideal place to meet up with friends or family and visit the Loire châteaux and enjoy the surrounding nature. Wood burning fire place, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an access to the ecologic pool of the property… This almost abandoned building required a considerable amount of work to turn it into a comfortable and authentic guest house. You will be in the heart of the Loire Valley between Angers and Tours, 30 minutes from Saumur, 20 km from the Bourgueil vineyards. You can visit the many castles and rest around our pleasant heated and covered pool (12 m by 5 m). The shelter is composed of 6 telescopic modules sliding on rails. Each module can be opened or closed.

La Petite Bret Guest House

Welcome to La Petite Bret, a comfortable and charming house in the outbuildings of an 18th century property. You will enjoy the quietness of the countryside, just 1 km from the shops. A walk will take you to the Château de Villandry and you will enjoy many other tourist attractions offered by the UNESCO-listed Loire Valley: the famous castles, vineyards, historic districts and shopping in Tours, the Loire Valley cycling tour...

Tour Saint-Michel, charming cottage

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

Country house - swimming pool - 10 people

This house called the "Bourg Joli", is located in Mouliherne (49), and was acquired by my grandparents at the time of our birth, my twin sister and I. Part of the building dating from the 18th century, coexists with more recent extensions, all of which have been gradually renovated. The property is composed of a main farmhouse and a secondary house, several workshops, a swimming pool, all on a plot of 3 ha.

L'Ecole Buissonnière (pool, air conditioning, parking)

In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.

A 5-minute walk from the city center, located on the hillside, the terrace of this 3 bedroom house offers panoramic views of Chinon Castle and Viena Valley.
