Located in the heart of the park, the stables of Hodebert is the ideal place to meet up with friends or family and visit the Loire châteaux and enjoy the surrounding nature. Wood burning fire place, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an access to the ecologic pool of the property… This almost abandoned building required a considerable amount of work to turn it into a comfortable and authentic guest house. Apartment located in the center of Noyen-sur-Sarthe in a quiet alley overlooking the Sarthe River that can accommodate up to 4 people. Close to shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, restaurants, bar, supermarket...). The accommodation is 25 minutes from Le Flèche Zoo, 30 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and 20 minutes from the Bailleul toll. The major cities nearby are Le Mans 30 minutes, Angers and Laval 50 minutes.

Tour Saint-Michel, charming cottage

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

The cottage is located in the woods. Fully restored, independent accommodation in a farmhouse. Close to La Flèche Zoo. 25 km south of the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. For 2026: 24 Hours of Le Mans Auto from June 10 to 14. Le Mans Classic from July 2nd to 5th. Beautiful garden, a swing for everyone, a small shared pool (heated) open from May to the end of August, not to mention the "cabin at the bottom of the garden"

Accommodation fully refurbished in 2021. Our 4-legged friends are welcome, as long as you don't leave them alone in the accommodation.

The relaxation chalet

A 28 m² chalet on the edge of the Sarthe, quiet, for 2 people. It consists of a seating area - living room, kitchenette, bedroom and shower room. A terrace with garden furniture and a table at garden level so you can sit with your feet on the grass. For owners of electric vehicles, it is prohibited to charge the battery at the chalet's expense.
