The non-smoking house is individually furnished and lovingly and meticulously renovated. You will stay in a spacious one-bedroom ground floor apartment with kitchen, shower bath, plus an additional refuge - an extra tiny one-bedroom ground floor flat with kitchenette and toilet.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Train station 200 meters away. 30 min to Berlin Central Station by train. 8 km to the Fläming-Skate with around 230 km for skating, cycling and hiking through forests, meadows and fields, far away from disturbing road traffic. Wahlsdorf 73 is a place to pause or make, vacation or (co) work, have space and tranquility, fresh air, vastness, lots of garden and infrastructure and (also) what you make of it. In the old stable building of our four-sided farm, we have converted two apartments. Both can be rented individually. Or just the entire house, including the large cozy communal kitchen and the work, rehearsal, yoga or office space.
