Just a stone's throw from the lovely beach, you will find our newly built cottage, where you can enjoy the sea view while having your morning coffee on the terrace after a dip in the sea. The house is beautifully situated on the beach, Dybesø, Flyndersø and Korshage, where there is plenty of opportunity for beautiful nature experiences. Just a short bike ride away, you will find Rørvig By with cafes and restaurants as well as a cozy harbor.

On the beach you will find a lovely jetty, perfect for a dip or a relaxing day by the water. The house is decorated with a focus on socializing. Cook together in the open kitchen, gather the family around a game at the dining table or relax on the sofa. A short drive will take you to charming Rørvig Harbor, where you can enjoy the classic holiday atmosphere.

The apartment is well furnished, very bright and allergy friendly. 4 box beds + sofa bed, bathroom, 2 toilets, spa and sauna. A few hundred meters to the forest, the artists' town, shopping in Nykøbing with restaurants, theater and cafe life. 4 km to the golf course. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful oasis. The house is for about 6 people. There are 3 rooms: 1 room with double bed (140 cm) 2 rooms with a single bed that can be converted to a double bed (2 x 80x200 cm. There are duvets and pillows for 6 people. There is a bathroom/toilet. Kitchen in connection with a nice living room with a wood-burning stove. There is a nice outdoor terrace area and the property is a large natural plot of 2,000 sqm. (the property is not fenced). Located as the last house on a cul-de-sac.

Hverdagens puls falder fra det øjeblik I ankommer. En blanding af badehotellets charme og udendørs wellness med plads til både udeleg og mad over bål. Huset er bedst til 4 personer, 5 personer kan dog godt gå 😊 Tag til Rørvig Havn og fang krabber eller gå en tur i solnedgangen langs stranden der ligger 20 min. gåtur væk. Vand er inkl. i lejeprisen. Strøm forbrugsafregnes efter endt ophold med 4,85kr pr. kWh. Både vildmarksbad og sauna er på el. I skal selv medbringe sengetøj og håndklæder.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Sydvendt anlagt have med udsigt til skov og vandløb fra 80 m2 terasse. Strand (900 m) og 2 km fra Nykøbing Sj. supermarkeder, restauranter, svømmehal, golfbaner (4500 m), Sommerland Sj. Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

In peak-seaon June-Okt. the house is rented out primarily from Saturday to Saturday - for 7, 14 or 21 nights.
