With central heating and a heat pump, the house is also wonderful for late summer, autumn and winter.

Super cozy cottage located 250 meters from a nice child-friendly sandy beach. The house is within walking distance of Nykøbing Sjælland, where there are good eateries and grocery stores. The house has a nice secluded terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, patio heater and fire pit, for the beautiful summer evenings. The property is located on a quiet road up to a small piece of forest but with a nice flat lawn for garden games. There are 2 bicycles for free use and only 6 km to cozy Rørvig.

Make a fire in the garden, sleep in the shelter under the stars and explore the beautiful surroundings. Kjelds house is a small recently renovated resort with dining kitchen, wood stove, living room and niche with a double bed. A modern flush toilet, outdoor bath house, bunk room with 2 beds have separate entrances. There are free bikes available and a large terrace with nice shelter connects all buildings. At the edge of a clearing on the large forest and wilderness plot is a small campfire site. Here you can enjoy the sunset and with a little luck see deer and birds of prey.

This newly built holiday home is located in a completely unique setting, 100 meters from the sea/Kattegat, one of Denmark's best bathing beaches. The house is located on an undisturbed natural plot surrounded by large pine trees. In addition, only 2 km from the charming market town of Nykøbing Sjælland. After August 1, an electric charging station has been installed on the gable of the house.
