The first parts of the property were built in 1824. The suite (approx. 0 square meters) with veranda (16 square meters) was added and expanded in 2007. The rooms are lovingly furnished and offer everything your heart desires: cozy hours in front of the fireplace in winter, and relaxed evenings with a glass of wine on the veranda in summer. When furnishing, we placed emphasis on a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The suite offers tranquility and the fully glazed fireplace room invites you to dream.

Our apartment is located in the quiet forest area of Mainz-Gonsenheim. The apartment (26 sqm) has a modern shower bath, a small kitchen with stove/oven and is equipped with WIFI, TV and Bluetooth Hifi. Good public transport to Mainz city (25 min) and university (20 min). The forest near and invites you to jog and relax. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Free parking in front of the house. Long term renters are welcome! Rent is discounted staggered at 1 week/4weeks.

The country house "Anneliese" is very idyllically located above the small village of Engelstadt in Rheinhessen, surrounded by nature and good air. Here you and your family will find peace and quiet. Not far from the UNESCO World Heritage Upper Middle Rhine Valley and the state capital of Mainz, there are many possibilities: wineries and wine taverns ensure physical well-being and bike paths lead through the vineyards to the Rhine, where numerous castles can be visited.

The 30 square meter non-smoking apartment in the heart of Rheinhessen is located in the Spielstraße, less than 2 minutes' walk from the playground. Behind it, the small Welzbach stream flows, which separates the place from the vineyards with countless hiking possibilities. There is no WiFi in the apartment - but the fiber optic cable for the internet is already installed. Think positive, just put the phone aside and do other things. :)
