The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

In our quiet and family-friendly holiday apartment "Am Tälchen", you can stay with a maximum of 4 people can enjoy a relaxing holiday. It is close to the edge of the forest and is the ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides in the "Kroppacher Schweiz". There are three playgrounds nearby and plenty to discover, such as Hachenburg with its historic old town (4 km), Marienstatt Abbey with its monastery garden and brewery, the Westerwald Lake District, and Bad Marienberg with its climbing park and zoo.

A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

The accommodation was designed with a lot of love for detail. The house shines with independence and special character. The house is heated with a wood pellet heating system. The electricity is generated by a hydroelectric power station adjacent to the valley mill.
