Old building apartment with charm within walking distance of the 2026 State Garden Show Cosy newly renovated old building apartment on the 1st floor of our house in the district Schrezheim with parking space directly by the house. The centre of Ellwangen is about 2.5 kilometres away, which can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes. A supermarket with a bakery is about 1,200 metres from the accommodation. The Landesgartenschau 2026 can be reached on foot in about 800 metres. In the bedroom there is a premium box spring bed measuring 180 x 200 cm.

The newly renovated 94 m² city apartment, with a large kitchen-diner, dishwasher and bathroom with natural light, is located on the raised ground floor of our beautiful two-family house, which is situated in a quiet side street with its own parking spaces in the middle of Heubach. On the furnished balcony, you can start the day with breakfast or end it in a relaxing way. A bus stop, pharmacy, ice cream parlour, butcher's and 2 bakeries offering breakfast are just 1-2 minutes away. Installers are also welcome.

Our cottage is on the outskirts / edge of the forest / cul-de-sac. 15 km to the Ellwangen State Garden Show. The municipality of Abtsgmünd has been a state-recognised recreational area since 2010, meeting the climatic and air hygiene requirements. Lots of hiking bike rides in the area. Our in-law apartment has been renovated 1/25. Abtsgmünd is located on Bundesstraße 19 in the Kochertal between Aalen and Schwäbisch Hall. Close to shopping , Pitches in front of and next to the house.

The vacation home was built in 1971 by the Stuttgart architect Günter Behnisch. With the large glass front and the lots of wood, you feel at one with nature.
