You live in a small Tyrolean wooden house (26 sqm), in a quiet location, surrounded by forest. It consists of a living room/bedroom with a large bed (180x200), a small kitchen and a balcony. You can start hiking trails, mountain or bike tours directly from the house. You can charge your e-bike in the garage. In winter there is a cross-country ski trail on the plateau, and the ski areas are about 20 km away. Shops, a bank and a pharmacy are within 2 km. The hosts live in the house next door.

Small porch outside. Shared external bathroom (approx. 50m away), parking space approx. 100m away. Free Wi-Fi. Hairdryer available at the reception on request. ONLY one small-sized dog under 10kg allowed.

Für die Kinder gibt es eine Rutsche, ein Zaun hält kleine Kinder am Haus.

Vor dem Haus geht im Winter die Piste vorbei und hinterm Haus der Lift hoch. Im Sommer sind wir ein wenig versteckt über eine kurze Schotterstraße erreichbar. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vorm Haus.
