Unser Gästehaus liegt inmitten des Thüringer Waldes nahe Oberhof und Rennsteig (ca. 3 km), unmittelbar am idyllischen Lütsche- Stausee, einem ca. 14 Hektar großen Badesee. Direkt hinter dem Haus am Waldrand lässt es sich am privaten Grillplatz wunderbar entspannen, und im Sommer bietet der See vor der Haustür erfrischende Abkühlung bei ausgezeichneter Wasserqualität. Weiterhin werden für Angler Gästekarten angeboten. Das Haus ist perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wander-, Rad- und Langlauftouren.

Die Ski- und Wandergebiete im Thüringer Wald (Oberhof mit internationalen Wettkampfstätten und Schmiedefeld) sind mit dem PKW in 20- 30 min. sowie auch mit öffentl. Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar.

Meine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung ist ideal für 2 Personen, falls nötig ist ein weiterer Schlafplatz schnell auf dem ausziehbaren Sofa im Wohnzimmer gerichtet. Auf unserem SMART-TV stellen ich Euch NETFLIX zur Verfügung, für Regentage und eholsame Abende auf dem Sofa :) Ich wohne ruhig, direkt am Wald, wo wunderschöne Wanderwege beginnen. Für Geschäftsreisende ist eine ausreichende Ausstattung vorhanden. 1 Reisekinderbett sowie 1 Hochstuhl stehen für einen kleinen Gast bereit.
