The beautiful two-family house is located on a sunny southern slope north of the old town, quiet traffic location, close to nature with the vineyards and the chestnut forest behind the house. Conveniently located, only 8 min. Walking distance to public transport, very good shopping in the city and in the commercial area (supermarkets). 15 min. walk to the spa and spa park. With a view from the window, the city of Bergzabern with the castle is at your feet. The southern route of the Way of St James passes by my place.

Make your life easier in this peaceful property, just a 5-minute walk from the town centre and its magnificent ramparts. The apartment, which is bright throughout the day, features a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a dining area and a large living room with a sofa bed and an inflatable mattress for up to 6 people. A bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a separate toilet, and a bedroom. The added bonus: a lovely balcony. A lockable room: bicycles, etc. A functional and comfortable living space.

The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤
