The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

Sie haben einen separaten Eingang (Foto) im Einfamilienhaus zu einer 41 m² Fewo mit Bad, kleinem Schlafzimmer, Flur und großzügigem Wohnappartement mit Küche incl. Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine. Alles auf einer Ebene ohne Treppen oder Stufen. Ein Babybett vom Typ Kinderkraft Sofi plus und ein Kinderhochstuhl sind vorhanden. Die Fewo ist sehr ruhig gelegen am Dorfrand von Greifenhain (Sachsen). Bäcker ist in der Nähe. Sie parken auf dem Grundstück kostenlos direkt vor der Eingangstür.

The small apartment is located in the middle of a gardening property on the ground floor of the landlord's house. The access is via a paved dirt road. The entrance is accessible via the rear courtyard. By car you can drive almost directly to the front door, through the idyllic garden area and the kitchen garden. Attention: In summer, parking is limited by falling apples (under apple tree). In front of the property is a parking space that can also be used.

Overall, you can expect a bright, friendly atmosphere that invites you to feel good.

The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water. Despite the quiet location, it is not far to the nearest shopping (3 min. by car, 10 min. by bike). The A4 highway exits can be reached quickly in about 7 minutes.
