Welcome to my apartment in the 13rd district. The apartment is newly renovated and designed. The flat is a spacious apartment and full kitchen. The apartment is fully furnished. You can find everything you need (A/C, tv, wifi, washing machine, coffee machine, hairdryer, iron, towels etc.) Only 3 metro stops from the center. It is 10-12 minutes from the city center. Public transport (subway, tram, buses) to the city center, market, playground, pharmacy, restaurants, cafes, bakery are all nearby.

The street is pleasant, it continues along a promenade that leads out to the nearby Danube bank. The window opens towards the inside of the house, there is no street noise. It is a pleasant, peaceful place, from where you can easily and quickly reach the popular parts of the city, and it is easy go to a park and hike from here.

Lovely and peaceful location, however it has quick access to the city center (Deák square 12 min by metro/no transfer). The metro station is 150 m from the apartment! Free gifts for our guests! It can accommodate 4 people. The air-conditioned apartment has a bedroom for two (king bed - 180x200), a spacious living room with a sofa-bed for two (150x200).

In this well-equipped apartment you will find English books, board games, and many beautiful houseplants, as well as a bright, sunny balcony free from neighbors. Appreciate it and please take care of it :) The house has a soul ^-^ have a good time! Environmental noise may occur in the condominium from time to time, which I have no direct influence on.
