Ihren PKW können Sie auf der Straße vor dem Eingang zur Wohnung abstellen. Leider können wir im Interesse anderer Mieter keine Haustiere akzeptieren.

The attic apartment is located on the 2nd floor on the outskirts of Remagen in a very quiet location overlooking the Rhine and the Westerwald. The Rhine is a 10-minute walk. Ideal starting point for many activities by bike, on foot or by car. Bonn is only 25 km away. Koblenz is 36 km away. The Ahr valley is almost outside the door. Remagen with its numerous galleries and the famous ARP Museum also invite you to visit.

It is centrally located in the old town of Linz. You can reach shops, restaurants and attractions on foot. Train (DB) and ships within 10 minutes' walk. In the middle of nature is our popular suite at Lindenhof. Business or pleasure. Whether hiking, cycling, or just relaxing. Bruchhausen has a lot to offer and is located on a spacious terrace on the edge of the Rhein-Westerwald Nature Park above the Rhine Valley with views of the Hocheifel and the Siebengebirge. Time living in Linz am Rhein

The beautiful new apartment (53m²) on the ground floor is within walking distance of the old town of Linz. It has two rooms with box spring bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. A small balcony and parking space are available. The kitchen has a stove with oven, mini fridge, coffee maker and kettle. The living room is equipped with a cable TV. Linen and towels are provided.

We are renting out our 75-square-metre attic flat in a two-family house, complete with a bathroom and a terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, Ceramic hob, coffee machine and dishwasher. The property is in a quiet location, and you can enjoy lovely walks and hikes in the Siebengebirge mountains or down to the Rhine straight from the house.
