Sie wohnen im Erdgeschoss des umgebauten Seitengebäude vom Bauernhof. Grosser Garten mit 2 Ponys an einem kleinen Bach. Wir produzieren Hackschnitzel für die Wärme auf dem Hof hier leben noch 20 Hühner mit täglich frischen Eiern, 4 Ziegen. Unser Hund Jule ist sehr lieb. Eine kleine Sauna und ein Schwimmbecken. Die Terrasse,Sitzecke, Feuerstelle im Garten kostenlos. Kosten für Sauna zusätzlich 15 € pro Saunagang für 2 Personen in Absprache vor Ort, oder zubuchbar ist spazieren mit den Pferden.

Das in 2020 fertig gestellte Ferienhaus bietet auf 57qm zwei Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Essbereich, Bad + Regendusche sowie eine finnischen Sauna (50-70 Grad), Holzofen ein Ambiente, das selbst kalte und regnerische Tage behaglich macht. Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. Our Tiny Loft is located in South Hessian Ried, Trebur, Hessenaue, right next to a horse farm. The district of Hessenaue is still agricultural and is a paradise for horse lovers. On many farms you can still buy directly from the producer. Trebur is located in the city triangle of Darmstadt, Mainz, Wiesbaden, the Rhine is 2 km away. Swimming lakes invite you to swim in summer. If you like to ride a bike, you can use the well-developed bicycle network.

A quiet non-smoking apartment with separate entrance awaits you on the 2nd floor of the former distillery of the estate.
