The house is located in a quiet new development area above the city. A parking space is right outside the door. The tourist tax of €2 per person per day must be paid on site in cash. It is about 64 square meters, has its own entrance with its own parking space. It is equipped with a new kitchen, a bedroom with a cozy 1.80 double bed, a living and dining room with TV, as well as a comfortable bathroom with a floor-level shower and toilet & a small terrace. Towels, sheets and a hairdryer are available free of charge.

The apartment, which has been extended into the gable, exudes a very special charm. In the 75 m² apartment there is a double bedroom and baby bed and a large living room with open, fully equipped kitchen. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower with wall heating.

The courtyard/forest-like garden, which is over 600 square meters, is completely fenced. The Appelbach flows right through the middle of the small village. Dogs also like to use it for bathing.
