The beach is a lovely pebble beach. The house is located in scenic surroundings with good opportunities for walks and excursions in the area. Fjord, beach, forest and a holiday in peace. Our cottage is modern and new, but cozy and charming with lots of soul. The garden is large, with 2 garden ponds and 3 terraces, where there is room for everyone. The house is very suitable for active families with children. There are plenty of toys, games and bicycles, a large trampoline for the children and a fire pit. The house is located on a quiet, closed road down to Lammefjorden, only 2 houses away from the water. Located in Kisserup Strand, which is about a 45-minute drive from Copenhagen.

Enjoy the view of the fjord sitting in the 39-degree hot water in the wilderness bath, which is integrated into the terrace and located high in the backyard. Make delicious campfire food while you enjoy the large fire pit, or light up the grill on the covered terrace and enjoy how close nature surrounds this house.

Få minutters gang fra vandkanten ved Klint Strand ligger dette charmerende bjælkehus på en fredfyldt grund i et roligt sommerhusområde mellem strand og naturområder. Nyd roen året rundt - om sommeren med badning fra badebroen for enden af vejen og om efteråret og vinteren med ild i den hyggelige brændeovn, som er placeret centralt i det højloftede A-hus. Haven og den store sydvendte terrasse indbyder til grillmåltider og solbadning og det lyse alrum giver plads til hygge og brætspil indendøre.

Cozy, classic cottage on a large natural plot. You enter a cozy kitchen that is connected to a dining room with a wood-burning stove. In the living room, there is a lovely view of the garden. Two smaller but well-utilized bedrooms as well as inviting annex in the garden. Smaller, newly renovated bathroom with shower. The house looks inviting and bright. Bedroom 1: double bed (180x200). Bedroom 2: good sofa bed: 140x200. Annex: smaller double bed (120x200) with good mattress.

Old Farmhouse in the middle of Havnebyen

The cottage is an old farmhouse from 1826 with a renovated interior in the center of Havnebyen. The combined dining and living room with the fire place invites you to relax and enjoy many hours if the weather does not permit you to sit outside in the garden. The garden is not fully fenced and is therefore frequently visited by deer, hedgehogs or pheasants. With the fast fiber WiFi network, watching movies or even working from the house is not an issue.

The house is ideal for family fun, days by the beach and in the garden. The deer come to visit the garden, where the fire pit draws on long summer evenings. Inside are 3 rooms for 2, 2 and 4 pers respectively. The house can be heated in winter also via heat pump and wood-burning stove. There are table tennis tables, 2 kayaks and bicycles for free use. Hiking route 106 almost goes right past the house and cozy Nykøbing Sj. is just 3.5 km away.

Close to the most amazing white sandy beach (Tengslemark Strand) you will find our newly build wood house - shaped by us to create a warm and friendly atmosphere. From the big glass windows, you are in one with the big wild nature ground. On the wood terrace, you can enjoy a drink to the sunset or have a BBQ with the family. There is trampoline and toys for children. Very quit area, but many activities close by. Please notice, no parties thanks

Get away from your normal stressfull life and relax in this authentic and well maintained cottage. You'll find the nature right outside your door with frequent garden visits from deers, squirells etc. A short stroll to multiple hiking paths at the lovely nearby very child friendly beach. The cottage is also really close to both excelent restaurents and grocery shopping, easily reached by foot or on the available bikes at the cottage.

Modern newly renovated cottage with a minimalistic atmosphere a touch of nature and a lovely big garden with lots of trees. Located in a quiet area just outside Nykøbing Sjælland and close to Rørvig. The local beach, Skærby Stand and Rørvig Strand are among the best in Denmark. The house is very suitable for families( 2-3 adults and 2-3 children). Maximum of 6. Do not rent out to parties. Prefer families and no pets.

The cottage is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, with a large Natura 2000 area on one side and cottages with large grounds around, so it is both lush, peaceful and completely undisturbed. The house is located on a 2000 m2 sloping plot, overlooking Sejerøbugten and 1 km from the beach. Out towards the sea, there is a 65 m2 terrace, where you can enjoy the view and the fantastic sunsets over the Sejerø Bay.

Sommerhuset er bygget af min bedstefar. Jeg er kommet her hele mit liv. Nu vil vi gerne dele disse hyggelige rammer med andre. Vi bruger selv huset hvilket præger indretningen. Det er et personligt og hyggeligt hus, som vi elsker. Sommerhuset er helårs-isoleret og velfungerende omgivet af en stor naturgrund. Og den fantastiske strand kan man cykle til på 5 min.
