Super cozy cottage located 250 meters from a nice child-friendly sandy beach. The house is within walking distance of Nykøbing Sjælland, where there are good eateries and grocery stores. The house has a nice secluded terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, patio heater and fire pit, for the beautiful summer evenings. The property is located on a quiet road up to a small piece of forest but with a nice flat lawn for garden games. There are 2 bicycles for free use and only 6 km to cozy Rørvig.

Just over 1 hour away from Copenhagen, rests a little cabin on a hill. Here you will find yourself in one of Denmark's UNESCO areas with a formidable and unspoilt view of the beautiful Sejerøbugt. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and an open kitchen/living room that leads out onto a natural wooden deck. Surrounded by berry bushes and fruit trees, the garden is a wonderful place to share warm summers or cosy winters exporing in. Easy walks to forests and one of Sjælland's most unspoilt beaches.

Udsigt over søen og adgang til den smukke have med vandløb og bålplads. Lejligheden har eget bad/toilet og fuldt udstyret køkken. Området er præget af det smukke istidslandskab. Der er 1 km til både strand og skov. Desuden går "Tour de France"-ruten lige forbi gården. Der er rig mulighed for cykling, vandring og vandsport.

The house is somewhat secluded and there is no noice. The house is non-smoking house.

.The decoration is Nordic style and the building consists of living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with dining area and direct access to 16m2 terrace equipped with garden furniture. it is suitable for two people. . The nearest village is only 7 km away with shopping options. we are a couple in the sixties living permanently with our Jack Russel in the adjacent building, ,and we will alw terrierays be available for any inquiries and immediate help.

Country retreat

At Munkebjerggård, you can sit back, relax and let your eyes wander over the rolling grasslands in comfortable and quiet surroundings. Here are beautiful hikes, challenging cycling terrain and 15 minutes to the beach. Our house is modern and fully heated with underfloor heating and hot water. There is a ceiling for kip and nice light in the open plan with a double bed on each floor and bathroom on the ground floor. On the farm, we run a smokehouse and farm shop on the weekend.

Small cozy charming and authentic cottage from the 30s. 200 m to the beach, good hiking and cycling opportunities in the surrounding area, public transport right to the door, nice garden with many nooks and crannies, barbecue, campfire, hammocks. The house is not modernized and is original and charming. Among other things, the toilet is located outside the house in the shed and bathing is done with a floor wash or with an outdoor shower. Here is a renovated building with visible beams and hems that invites you to really cozy moments with a stove. The guest house is adjacent to the primary residence where I live, but privacy is respected. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed.
