A pleasant space full of light, near the train station (2 minutes), 7-minute walk to the beach, with complete amenities, including air conditioning, WiFi and TV. Close to the supermarket (150 mts) and other commerce. Halfway between Cascais and Lisbon (15 minutes away in each direction). Important Notice: Since the municipality of Cascais started to charge a touristic tax of 4 euros/night/person, up to 7 nights (under 13 exempt) and the platform cannot charge it, I have to ask you directly.

The apartment is in a quiet residential area and within walking distance of the best surfing beach around, with long stretches of golden sand. Renovated in 2020, the apartment has 1 bedroom and en-suite bathroom, open plan kitchen (fully equipped), dining and living space and a sunny balcony. This is an ample 3 bedroom apartment, in the 5th and last level of a private condominium, with elevator, with a large terrace facing the ocean and Marina Oeiras. The house has a lot of natural light and has all the utilities you need to have a comfortable stay. We also have all accessories for a baby. Excellent location between Lisbon and Cascais, situated near academic institutions and investigation center. The train station is just in front of the building.
