We are happy to welcome you as guests in our 1-room apartment on the edge of the forest. The small apartment Waldeck has a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area with TV, a 1.80 m wide box spring bed and a shower with toilet. WiFi can be used free of charge. The house entrance is at ground level, then you go down a staircase. The apartment, with an 18 sqm terrace and seating furniture, is then also at ground level, as our house is located on the slope. The tourist tax is added to the final price.

Die modere 3-Zimmer-Wohnung mit ca. 70qm für 2 bis 6 Personen liegt knapp oberhalb des Ortsgebietes und bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge und das Dorf. Das Haus in welchem sich die Wohnung befindet sich am Waldrand und lädt von dort zu einer direkten Wanderung oder Radtour in die Berge ein. Das Ortszentrum, sowie das nahe gelegene Schwimmbad und die Bergbahnen sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.

Habichen is located near well developed village Oetz with all necessary things: Grocery stores, sport shops, few doctors, good restaurants and bars, ski lift and info center. Habichen itself has few great restaurants which are just few minutes walk away from the apartment.
