The pool and hot tub are all yours (not shared) with a 6ft privacy fence surrounding your entire backyard! PARTY POLICY: Poolside Paradise is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood. No parties of any kind are permitted. Violations of our house rules (excessive noise, smoking inside, extra guests) will lead to a fine of $250 and immediate cancellation of your reservation.

Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

Welcome to The Loft at Sycamore Bend! A loft apartment renovated in 2022 is located above the garage of a lovely historic property in Wilmington! Just a few miles drive to the beach, this gorgeous light filled space is the perfect spot for your next trip! Enjoy your coffee while watching the horses or possibly a wedding on the pastures and near the stable across the yard. There is a desk space for working, a large screen TV, and a small kitchenette. The owners live nearby.

This is the upstairs of my home with a private keyed entrance . There is a Kitchenette with microwave, toaster, ice maker,small refrigerator, and coffee maker. Private bath has tub/shower. The Bedroom is quite large, very comfortable queen bed, lots of closet space, book nook and Wi-Fi reception. The second room is set up as sitting room./TV with WiFi , Prime, Netflix and Apple / fold out couch for second sleeping area. All area’s are bright and spotlessly clean

This is a recently renovated rustic 1947 cottage with an outstanding view of and access to the Intracoastal Waterway. It is perfect for meditation or quiet time by the water's edge, or for fishing, art, reading, writing, kayaking or paddleboarding. It is close to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Topsail Island and Hampstead where there is shopping, restaurants, outdoor and cultural activities and beautiful beaches. It's old, but it is full of charm!

Welcome to the Fish Den! Come stay at this private home located about 15 minutes from Wrightsville Beach and downtown Wilmington. This home has a large fenced in backyard with a pergola, perfect for spending time outdoors. A great property for all types of guests - solo travelers, couples, and families. Oh, and we are dog friendly! We have a mini golden doodle and understand that dogs are apart of the family too!

This studio guest house has a private entrance with pond and pool view from the room. The cover photo is one of Wilmingtons sunrise at the beach. This cozy room has a comfortable King bed, 1 pull out sofa couch. Your own private bath stocked with towels and mini toiletries if you forget them. The neighborhood is very quite and safe. I have a coffee maker and cups for the morning cup of joe!!
