The house provides the perfect place to rest your soul. It includes two bedrooms, with a double and an extra bed. SMART TV with satellite programs, equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. Enjoy the living room with a beautiful wood-burning fireplace with access to a large terrace. Guests can swim in the outdoor pool in summer, relax in the jacuzzi, use the barbecue and other amenities.

Apartment 4M is located at Šetalište Krlenac 18. As it is a dead end, it can guarantee minimal vehicle traffic and thus ensure privacy and peace. The center of Ogulin is about 850 meters or 10 minutes on foot. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a detached house, which provides a beautiful view of the mountain Klek from the living room. Parking is located in the courtyard, and guests have access to a large garden where they can comfortably relax in a natural and peaceful environment.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Ljeti se može kupati u jezeru i uživati na vanjskoj terasi, dok zima nudi smještaj u toplini unutarnjeg kamina. Grijanje je automatizirano na pelet, dok si za dodatan ugođaj možete korisiti kamin.

RA HOUSE is a modern, wooden house located in an open area surrounded by forest. There is an entrance to the beautiful magical forest right near the house. The property is located outside the populated area, 0.5 km from the main road leading to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The house was built in summer/autumn 2022. The surrounding of RA HOUSE is full of natural beauty, picnic spots, interesting destinations for rest and entertainment. It is situated only 20 km away from National Park.
