We are happy to rent out our separat guesthouse with sitting area, large dining table that can also be used for work, fitness corner and a 2-person bed. The bathroom and toilet are separate. A private terrace has also been thought of. The "Tilburg University" railway station is within walking distance, as is the walking forest. An AH, Subway and Taco Mundo are also nearby. This quietly located accommodation is tastefully decorated. Enjoy the birds and the space. Parking is free on the street.

Located in the city center of Valkenswaard inbetween eindhoven and the belgium border. Just 5 min walk from supermarkets, shopingcenter, bars, restaurants etc. Every 10 to 15 min busses depart to eindhoven. Forests with walking and bycycle trails are near. Suitable for couples and small families.
