A few minutes by car from Puerto Banús, Marbella, Benahavís and its fabulous beaches, surrounded by the best golf courses on the Costa del Sol (Flamingos Golf Club, El Paraíso Golf, El Higueral Golf Club, Marbella Club Golf...) you can enjoy days of rest and relaxation in our apartment, located in the luxurious Los Palacetes development, in El Paraíso Alto, featuring two fabulous swimming pools, an outdoor Jacuzzi, garden areas, solarium, terraces, free Wi-Fi, private parking (at no additional cost) and 24-hour security service. A one-minute drive to supermarkets and services (Mercadona, Lidl, Supersol...) Bright and totally renovated studio. Wonderfully located right on the beach and with spectacular ocean views, to the beach. It's the perfect enclave to unwind. Waking up in the morning and watch the sea from the bed and hear the waves break on the shore. Its wonderful window is the heart of this studio. It invites you to look and get lost in that sea, in that horizon that opens to your view. Breathtaking sunsets that you can enjoy by dining comfortably.

The apartment is completely new, equipped with living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Located in the center 100 meters from the historic center, and next to the best restaurants and shops in Ronda. It has unbeatable views of the New Bridge, a lot of brightness and is equipped with all the amenities to make a pleasant stay. There is a public car park 200 meters away, although it is advisable to walk around the city.
