Very nice and well-maintained duplex apartment over 2 floors in a perfect city location with the best connection. In the middle of the currently most popular district of Plagwitz and yet quietly in the courtyard building, a former workshop. Everything has been carefully renovated with attention to detail. The apartment has its own entrance and ground-level terrace, is spacious at over 50 square meters, comfortably, stylishly and charmingly furnished. Long-term stays are also possible. Price upon request.

Hello, I'm renting a beautifully renovated 2 room apartment. A real wood floor was laid and the Shabby Chic style furniture comes partly from France and has also been restored. The apartment is located in the trendy district of Plagwitz directly opposite the Westwerk. Several cultural institutions (cinema, Schaubühne Lindenfels, cotton spinning mill, rock cellar) and restaurants are located in the surrounding area. The Karl Heine Canal, which is almost at the house, invites you to relax.

Be our guests! We offer accommodation for up to 5 people in a separate apartment in a historic villa with large terrace and garden. The location is centrally located in the Lindenau district and well connected to public transport. On the street side, we run a small wine shop. Lovingly furnished 2-room apartment in the southern suburb. 2 minutes to the tram stop (it is about 5 minutes by tram to the city center) or to the bus, on foot approx. 15-20 minutes to the city. A bakery and well-stocked supermarket are around the corner. On request with a crib and high chair as well as a toy box. A stone's throw to Karl-Liebknecht-Strasse (Karli) with lots of pubs and restaurants. The apartment is equipped with WiFi.
