Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the centre. The MAIN TRAIN STATION and the city are about 10 minutes away(on foot about 20 minutes) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport nearby Surroundings. Close by are shops of the day. The apartment is located in the Kley farmhouse in Bösensell. Distance to Münster 15 - to the train station 2.5 kilometers. A separate entrance leads to the bright basement apartment. It can accommodate 2 people on 60 m² with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with adjoining living room with TV.In addition, there is a separate, small garden with seating and lockable garden shed for bicycles. A private parking space also belongs to the apartment.

The flat is slightly bigger than 30m2 and comes with a living-/sleeping-area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole furniture is quite new and you can find all you need in here. Fast Wi-Fi is included, the bed is 1,40m x 2,00m and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 40" TV, which you can use for free. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner!

Unsere modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung liegt im wunderschönen, idyllischen Stevertal am Rande der Baumberge. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ca. 300 Jahre alten Bauernhof. Die Wohnung liegt auf der Rückseite des Hauses mit einer gemütliche Terrasse mit Blick auf Wiese und Felder. Die Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen und Grillen ein. Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Radtouren ins schöne Münsterland.

The apartment, renovated and newly furnished in 2020, is in the immediate vicinity of the Seppenrad rose garden. Shopping facilities such as supermarkets and bakeries are located 500 - 1000 meters away in the center of Seppenrade. The apartment is an ideal starting point for excursions, for example, to the Dülmen Wild Horses, Olfen Steverauen, Halterner reservoirs or the 100-castle route.

From this charming little place to stay, it is not far to the shops of the suburban district or to the Ruhr University Bochum. Fast bus to the city center, bus to RUB. Location on the first floor, private entrance, quiet*, in the countryside; private parking. The large arenas in Bochum, Dortmund and Gelsenkirchen are easily accessible by bus and train.
