Spaziosa ed elegante, in edificio del '700, recentemente ristrutturato, all’entrata del centro storico. Al terzo piano della palazzina (senza ascensore) su due livelli: soggiorno con divano-letto, cucina, camera matrimoniale e bagno al primo , camera matrimoniale e bagno al secondo. I muri, con la caratteristica pietra a vista, originali, pavimenti “anticati”; il design degli arredi è attuale.
