What a lovely little villa in a beautiful location, close to some amazing beaches and restaurants. We are a family of 5 and the villa was well equipped for our needs. Two well sized bedrooms, both en-suite. Kitchen had all we wanted. Garden and pool were lovely, although this late in the year (October), the garden is in the shade until mid-morning and the same again from mid-afternoon, so the pool was a little on the chilly side. Rabia was a great host, super-responsive and quick to reply to questions around beaches and restaurants worth visiting. Villa and location were as described, clean, tidy and we felt very at home. This was our first time in Turkey and we loved everything about our stay, we will be back for sure.

We had a very good time in the Fethiye area, the villa was great with everything you need. It is nicely furnished and spacious enough for one family. It is close to the main roads and convenient for traveling around by car. The more time you can get to stay, the better. Thank you Hayrettin!

A great apartment with loads of good places to eat nearby. The apartment is very spacious and very comfortable. My daughter swam in the pool!

We checked into a very stylish and immaculate house with a warm welcome. It was quite stylish, and convenient in the garden as much as the inside of the house. It was not bad to enjoy a hammock after swimming in your pool among the trees. The 😊house has everything you need. In terms of location, you can reach the shores of Fethiye and Oludeniz within 15 20 minutes by car. You can book your reservation with peace of mind and have a comfortable holiday. We had an enjoyable stay at Villa Ars. The Villa was fully equipped as described and the pool and garden was lovely. Beds were super comfortable and we felt at home. The hosts Parents live next door who allowed us to pick fresh Oranges and Lemons from their trees. The host was kind enough to take us to the local mosque to perform our Friday Prayers which very thoughtful and convenient for us. Çağatay thank you for everything and I hope we have the opportunity to stay at Villa Ars in the future. Salaams to you and your amazing parents.

We enjoyed our stay in Şenol’s place. His wife Nazlı was super kind and supportive. Home was as it was described and even better than photos. We will surely come back!

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

Spotlessly clean apartment, perfect for the 2 of us, a car is useful. The pool was lovely, cleaned regularly. Host met us, there was no need to contact him again until checkout as everything perfect, comfy bed, plenty of hot water, I worked and internet was super. It was so peaceful in the evenings to use the bbq and relax. We stayed for 10 days and wished we had booked longer .

Great place to stay. Clean and nice looking. Kitchen has all stuff for cooking. Internet is good for working from home.

Ahmet was great host. he could not do enough for us if we asked. Everything was easy to get to and help at hand if needed. Shops close and facilities were great to use. Pool was a great extra and host very accommodating when we had a late flight home. definitely recommend and will be back 👌 Thank you for everything

Stunning views from the terrace. Cozy, comfortable, and spacious home. Boris is hands down one of the kindest men you’ll ever meet, and his hospitality skyrocketed my experience from what would have been amazing to unreal.

We stayed for one night. Mr. Ismail was very interested. Clean, decent place.

I wanted a place that was calm,quiet but also close to the sea. The place was definitely the place I wanted. Since we went with our own vehicle, it was very simple to go to shopping places, beaches, Kalkan. The house was very clean, thank you very much about this, also thank you very much for this. We would have had a mosquito problem during our holidays in the future, but this year we did not have it and it was very nice. The items in the house were sufficient and clean. It was a subtle behavior that they had detergent for the dishwasher. We had a very enjoyable holiday for 10 days. We would definitely come back if we wanted to have a holiday again.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Melek for her very quick communication. We were guests as 2 families. We were greeted by her parents and we really felt at home:) There was a large environment where they would move comfortably, especially for our young children, both inside the house and in the garden of the house. In summary, the cleaning order was very good, thank you very much for your efforts:)
