Choose between its two studios (yellow or turquoise), which you can rent together or separately.

The 2-hectare orange grove estate climbs through terraces to the mountain pine forest, and features a huge whitewashed private pool. The house is a haven of peace with the best temperatures throughout the year, with beautiful sunsets and just a 5-minute drive to the village's amenities, 20 minutes to the beach and 40 minutes to Valencia.

This charming, detached cottage was created in the courtyard of Finca Portitxol and is completely separate from it. Here, every season has its advantages and due to the extremely comfortable interior, this "casita" lends itself perfectly for a stay in any period of the year, not least during those wonderful spring and autumn months. At the private swimming pool with sun terraces all around and on the covered lounge terrace with large daybed, you can enjoy an intimate oasis of peace.

Cozy apartment, ideal for families, couples or even a single person who wishes to have a place to rest when they return from excursions, visits in the area or work. We have everything you need to spend a few days in comfort. Apartment with air conditioning. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a dining room, a full kitchen with kitchenware and appliances, and a bathroom with a shower. We do NOT have cots for children under 2 years old. On the third floor of a building without a lift.

A single-storey family home with pool (between late May and early October), large garden and ample parking. The owner has a loft apartment/studio, which is independently accessed, although I'm often not there. The property has a large kitchen diner leading to a barbecue area. Outside dining is wonderful in the summer and the raised decking area by the pool gives glorious views across to the hills. A large wood burner warms the living room for those winter stays.
