Less than 2 kilometers and you are in the heart of Breda. 500 meters from the center of Ginneken and a shopping center 80 meters away. Ideal for holidays, (romantic) weekend getaway and suitable for children and the disabled. A spacious garden, large kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a cozy living room with fireplace. The sofa can be used as a double bed, but the most pleasant stay is with 5 people + 1 baby. Plenty to do for young and old!

You have access through the garden area, where you can stay freely. The studio offers a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Towels and shampoo provided. A box spring, seating, (work/dining) table and kitchenette with refrigerator and induction hob (not suitable for extensive cooking). Coffee and tea, WiFi, TV with Netflix are provided. Supermarkets and bus stop a few minutes' walk away. ASML is only a 10-minute walk. Drugs and smoking cannabis are not permitted on the entire site.

Nearby you can find various museums and restaurants. Beautiful cycling and hiking area. Close to Veldhoven, Eersel, Valkenswaard and Waalre. So close to MMC Veldhoven, ASML and Koningshof. Located in the Kempische forests, near Eersel, is this Finnish Kota with private Jacuzzi and wood-fired sauna barrel. Everything has been thought of. The luxurious Italian sofa bed ensures that you can sleep 4 people. The double bed has an extra long mattress so that even the taller people can sleep wonderfully. Walking and MTB trails start at the Kota, and our animals (chickens, dogs, cats, horses, alpacas and even a camel) walk around comfortably.

There is a lot to do in the area, but even if you stay "at home" you can enjoy the birds and squirrels that regularly enter our garden. The cottage is small but nice and has a private kitchen and bathroom. It is perfect for spending the night alone or as a couple. With 4 is also possible but nice and cozy! ;)
