Es ist mein Lebenstraum, mit einem kleinen Atelier am Meer zu leben und ein Tiny House zu vermieten. Das Haus öffnet -typisch teeländisch- seine Fenster nach außen auf eine sonnige Holzterrasse,. Man hört das Meer hört bis hierher. Eine gemütliche Schlafempore macht das Haus besonders, die kleine Sauna ist spontan buchbar ( 20.-/2 Std )

Op een toplocatie op steenworp afstand van het strand gelegen treft U onder aan de dijk onze kleine knusse tweepersoons studio aan.Aan de voorzijde is voldoende parkeergelegenheid.Voorzieningen zoals een supermarkt,bakker,restaurants treft U op loopafstand aan.Ook maakt U vanuit uw studio de mooiste (strand) wandelingen en fietstochten.De studio beschikt o.a. over een tweepersoonsbed ,toilet,douche/wastafel,televisie, keukentje met koffie/thee faciliteit en kookplaatje,eigen toegang en terras.

Boven 1 ruime slaapkamer met inloopdouche, toilet en een slaapzoldertje op de 2e verdieping. Op 50m loopafstand van supermarkt, bakker, restaurants en fietsenverhuur. Parkeren op eigen terrein. Terras met veel privacy.

Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien: de bedden zijn opgemaakt bij aankomst, er is een omheinde achtertuin (het hek is 1.80 hoog) en een af te sluiten terras aan de voorkant. Westkapelle is located on the westernmost point of Walcheren. Surrounded by sea & beaches.. Domburg & Zoutelande are about 5 to 6 km from here. Nice to visit the towns on foot or by bike. Middelburg is the cultural capital, the picturesque town of Veere or the maritime city of Vlissingen.

It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

Beach, shops, eateries, supermarket, everything is within walking distance. There is also an electric charging station for your electric car.
