The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. The best location. Apartment is well acquiped with everything (air conditions, etc..) Parking is secured for one vehicle, right next to the apartment.

Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. Cooling by floor cooling, no air condition

Our apartment was recently completely renovated. Clean, bright, close to all amenities. Just a 150 m walking distance to the sea, beach, shops, restaurants, coffee-shops, tennis courts, children playground, bus terminal. Free, fast WiFi and Smart TV with more than 100 channels. Well located to ensure silent nights despite of being so close to the city centre. On the ground floor there is a nice patio. Several parking places and garages are very close to the apartment.

Apartment is located in a picturesque fishing village Volosko. It is a walking distance from the nearest beach (literally 2 minutes) that is very suitable for small children as well as grown ups. Volosko has a beautiful port, many restaurants, bars and galleries. Volosko is also the start of a great walking area by the sea - the Promenade of king Francis Joseph I. Habsburg (Lungomare - 12 km) that is filled with numerous beaches.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
