Holiday rentals with a sauna in Opatija

The cottage and the terrace are really like the pictures, all the amenities are beautifully thought out and available. We are happy with our stay, Ingrid and Michael are very nice hosts and live in the upper part of the house, but with occasional encounters, they give you as much privacy as they can.

The apartment is tidy, but there is a strong smell of humidity. The toilet is super big and tidy, very nice. The people who run the apartment didn't know that they also had underfloor heating that I found and turned on myself, and heats the floor in the toilet and living room. When this is on it does not need AC in the winter. It was missing a napkin, salt, pepper, and oil at least okay for guests to have who are there for a few days, not that we have to buy everything. Dish detergent was missing so they brought us, although there is a dishwashing machine that also didn't have at least 2 washing tablets. Also the light in the fridge does not work. The couch where I slept is uncomfortable does not have a mattress topper and in the middle of your back as you sleep and pierce the board. I gave good ratings because it's not bad, but they could have met those needs, they did, because I have a place to stay and it means a lot when the host thinks about the little things they mean for people who are traveling and don't have to carry those basics with them.

We were very satisfied and would be happy to come back! Arsen was always available immediately and very friendly! We had beautiful relaxing days and took advantage of the small wellness oasis. It was really very nice, clean and high quality.

We rate your stay in Manjadvorci very well - a comfortable home with everything you need, even an efficient ice maker. A great place to relax in a group of larger families. It was a bit of a surprise that we had to pay an extra tourist tax of €2.5 per person per day, which was more than €250 which was not mentioned in the listing. On the other hand, we were hosted by the host with a wonderful traditional dinner for the whole group, which was very nice.

The apartment is comfortable, modern, well equiped, clean and baby friendly. The beach is very close and there are many restaurants near here. The hosts are kind and they speak english well. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

The time at the place was wonderful. The view will take your breath away. Apartment is large and very stylishly furnished. Micky and Nena are so friendly and we felt right at home. We will be happy to come back.

We were there for 10 days during the Pentecost holidays. It is a super nice place. Our two kids had a lot of fun in the garden! The adults enjoyed the pool and sauna. There was a huge fruit basket available and a large plate of ham and cheese was donated!! Excursions to the surrounding area are easy to reach by car. The hosts are super friendly and accommodating! We will definitely come again!!

We had an amazing time! very cozy and calm area surrounded by trees. quite remote but a big supermarket is a 20min drive away. the whirlpools (plural!) were amazing and kitchen had everything you need. everything was clean and we felt immediately greeted and welcome, since the host pre-heated the cottage and whirlpools (they are non stop on during the whole stay). we would definitely come back at any time of the year (but Autumn felt especially amazing and romantic)

The villa impressed us already on arrival – the unrepeatable view of the sea and the picturesque old town of Vrbnik is really special. The house has an incredibly positive energy, everything is extremely nicely decorated, tastefully furnished and tailored to the perfect getaway. Heated pool (the water had a pleasant 23°C), a sauna, many relaxation corners, a large covered terrace with two grills – all thoughtful and meant for the comfort of the guests. The location is great – just a short walk (5 minutes) separated us from the center of Vrbnik with cute shops, bakery, wine shops and sprayer, bars, restaurants. The surrounding area also offers beautiful trails for hiking, walking and biking among the vineyards. The villa is completely fenced, with private parking and space for bike storage. Two city bikes were also available – great for exploring the surrounding area. Even if we were surprised by the bad weather, the stay would remain pleasant – the spaces are bright, with lots of glass and beautiful views.

recommended accommodation for a large group of friends or family perfect amenities. hyper-functional appliances . abundance of fridge spaces and kitchen utensils (always comfortable in summer) nearby towns are easily accessible ( apart from the obvious codes of Croatian August). beach 1.5 km (difficult to reach on foot. ) Caribbean Dina was kind and also gave us a lot of suggestions.

We were more than satisfied. The privacy was exactly as we imagined it. After a small problem, the landlord was there so quickly. We lacked nothing. The sunrises at the top seat were intoxicating. It was all in all a beautiful stay that we will never forget. The house ,the surroundings ,just everything.

Great place, cool pool is in the heat :) plus air conditioning and bathroom in every room, nice beaches in the neighborhood. B. good communication with hosts who are kind, helpful, discreet. I recommend, I'd love to come back

Our stay was really comfortable and pleasent. The view from the balcony is beautiful and calming and the house is clean and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our stay. Would reccomend to everyone who is looking for some peace and rest while visiting Gorski Kotar.

By far the best accommodation we've ever had. Damjan super nice and helpful hosts, everything just fantastic- quiet location and 10 min drive to the beach, 15 min to the dog beach, very dog friendly, absolutely clean , furnished with love... Absolutely recommended We'd love to come back
