Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Općina Ražanac

Wir sind 2 h früher eingetroffen als geplant aber wir konnten Andrej eine Stunde vor Ankunft informieren und durften dann schon früher einchecken. Das Haus war sauber und etwas zu essen und trinken war schon für uns im Kühlschrank. Ein Angestellter von Andrej hat uns alles erklärt und kam auch jeden Morgen in der Früh als noch alle geschlafen haben um den Pool sauber zu machen. Im Haus kann man die Spülmaschine benutzen und auch die Waschmaschine, tabs und Spülmittel ist schon da gewesen. Außen schaltet sich die Beleuchtung automatisch am Abend an und lässt sich leider nicht manuell ausschalten was an machen Zimmern von draußen dann rein scheint. In der Nähe gibt es gleich ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker, die jeden Tag auf haben. Nach Pag sind es ca 30 min, dort ist auch die nächste Tankstelle und größere Supermärkte. Zum Meer sind es von der Wohnung nur 5 min zu Fuß und man kann auch ohne badeschuhe direkt ins Wasser gehen. Alles in allem kann man hier super urlaub machen. Gerne wieder!

Dom Nikoli położony jest blisko morza, ale jednocześnie w bardzo spokojnej okolicy. Dom w 100% zgodny z opisem i zdjęciami. Kuchnia doskonale wyposażona we wszelkie sprzęty oraz grill na podwórku umożliwiają gotowanie, jeśli goście mają na to ochotę. Szybkość internetu bez zarzutów. Dom Nikoli jest doskonałym miejscem wypoczynku i bazą wypadową do wycieczek do Zadaru, Jezior Plitwickich, wyspy Pag i Ninu, a Nikola jest bardzo przyjaznym i komunikatywnym gospodarzem.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Wir, 4 erwachsene und 2 Babys, hatten eine tolle Zeit. alles was man brauchte war da. Wenn etwas fehlte hat sich Milan schnell darum gekümmert. der Außenbereich ist das Highlight der Unterkunft.

We had a great stay at Teas place. The house is like described on the pictures. Very tidy and clean. Huge Ground and house, Tea is always available when you have any question. The distance to Zadar is only available with car or Uber but Uber is not as expensive (10-15€ per ride). The pool is very nice and the kitchen has everything you need. I would definitely recommend it.

Das Haus von Nataša und Niko war genau wie wir es von den Bildern erwartet haben. Beide waren sehr freundlich und leicht zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sowohl drinnen als auch draußen sehr schön eingerichtet und war super sauber. Je nach Jahreszeit kann es sehr windig sein. Lediglich das deutsche und kroatische Zeitgefühl ist ein etwas anderes, was wir bei An- und Abreise bemerkt haben :) Niko hat für jede Aktivität einen passenden Kontakt und versorgt mit vielen tollen Tipps in der Umgebung.

Appartamento spazioso per tre persone, pulito e nuovissimo, in zona tranquilla, vicino sia al mare che alla strada per Zadar. Milan è un host estremamente disponibile e gentile, che ci ha sorpreso offrendoci fichi, frittelle e caffè, allietando molto il nostro soggiorno. Consigliatissimo!

The house and pool were perfect for us! We used it as a home base while we explored the beautiful area. The pool and garden area was delightful; about 5’ deep across—and we had perfect weather. There are several restaurants very close by (about a mile) with delicious food. Loved the residents on the property—very gracious. The serene countryside experience was wonderful—highly recommend!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Braanko. Le logement était très bien équipé pour nous et notre fils de 2 ans et demi. La terrasse est magnifique et offre une vue à couper le souffle. Nous étions en quête de vacances en famille, mêlées de mer et balades et nous avons trouvé tout ce qu'il nous fallait aux alentours. Branko s'est montré très disponible, réactif et amical. Nous recommanderons cette adresse autour de nous et nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir si nous en avons l'occasion ! MERCI !

Ubytovanie bolo veľmi príjemné, zodpovedalo popisu a fotkám. Súkromie na tomto mieste bolo príjemné. V okolí sa nenachádzali žiadne reštaurácie, čo sme vedeli a nebol problém si nakúpiť v okolí a niečo uvariť. Kuchyňa bola dostatočne vybavená. Hostiteľka bola milá a rýchlo reagovala na správy.

Great well equipped apartment. Very good kitchen, table, nice terrace, washing machine. We had everything we needed for our stay. Our vacation was great. Jovici is a small town but it is convenient location for visiting Zadar, Pag, Nin and many beaches. For some reason, Airbnb is showing the wrong location of the apartment. It's good that Jovici's neighbors are very friendly, always ready to help:)) It's necessary to look for Apartmani Ante directly on Google maps.

Ha lehetne több csillag még adnék, fantasztikus vendégszeretet, tisztaság .ilyenre vágytunk. Pontos leírás , segítőkézség. Egyszerűen szuper!

I spent one night here, located in the Zadar vicinity, on my way from the northern to southern Croatia coastline. As others mentioned, the hosts were extremely welcoming and really went above and beyond when I first arrived. I stayed here between two relatively long travel days. I really appreciated the host’s kindness and helpfulness when I first arrived and was dealing with some travel logistics stuff. Thank you again! The accommodation is a peaceful place, and provides easy access to Zadar and other nearby areas like Nin and Razanac. The balcony was a nice spot to watch the sun rise/set and look at the stars.

What we found in Ljubač was a quiet and beautiful place for a family vacation with beautiful sea, great hosts and warm welcoming people all around.

Nous avons passé une nuitée dans cet endroit et tout s'est parfaitement bien déroulé. L'appartement était conforme à la description, propre et très bien situé. Les hôtes se sont montrés disponibles . Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme et le confort du logement.

The perfect place for active families with children and a car who want to explore Dalmatia. There are a number of nice sandy / rocky beaches and bays within 10 minutes drive of the apartment. The beaches are sheltered, clean and shallow so are perfect for small kids. Take your own parasol or sun-shade because in Croatia many of the nicer beaches dont have much shade. If you have a boat then moorings can be arranged in Vrsi. Plitvice lakes, Krka, Velebit and Paklenica national parks are not too far away. Mini markets are nearby in Vrsi, larger supermarkets are 25 minutes away in Zadar. The apartment is large, clean and comfortable. It is located in a peaceful, friendly rural village away from the main highway so the kids can go off exploring safely. Danijela and her family are great hosts and a fine example of Croatian hospitality. They really looked after us during our stay, and cant thank them enough for making our holiday truly amazing. The place was nice, with everything we needed. The bed was good, a nice shower and nice to have an airco! The kitchen had everything we needed. On top of that all was the garden super! Specious, quit en has a nice bbq place! Loved it en most definately would come back!

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

Martin was always extremely friendly and helpful. Whenever we asked for recommendations or didn't know something, he took the time to explain everything to us in detail with pictures and precise instructions. The apartment was in excellent condition - everything was clean and hygienic. The location was ideal, only a short 10-15 minute drive separated us from the charming old town of Zadar. The terrace was a little narrower than expected, so breakfast there was a bit of a squeeze, but the wide-opening French doors meant we could also enjoy the view from the comfort of the living room. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need, so we didn't want for anything. There was plenty of parking space in front of the house so that several cars could be parked without any problems. Overall, we were very satisfied and can highly recommend the accommodation for exploring Zadar and the surrounding area.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - die Wohnung war sauber, geräumig und modern. Wir haben die Terrasse mit der wunderbaren Aussicht auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang geliebt. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Nin, Zadar, bzw. die Erkundung der vielseitigen Landschaft mit dem Fahrrad oder E-Scooter optimal. Ein schöner Sandstrand ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren absolut lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cornelis was an incredibly friendly host who responded to my messages very quickly. He even went above and beyond by fulfilling a personal request and arranging flowers for my wife at our accommodation, as it was her birthday when we arrived. He was always available to help with any questions we had. The apartment was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Really enjoyed our week in Zadar and the apartment was ideal. Walkable location to the old town and with plenty of local restaurants and seaside walks. Fabulous pool and outdoor kitchen. Highly recommended.

Paula was very welcoming and responsive at arrival. She took the time to give us recommendations for Diklo & Zadar, which we really appreciated. The accommodation is located in a quiet neighbourhood and just a 15 min car ride away from Zadar. We would 100% recommend Paula as a host and staying in this beautifully located accommodation.
