Sunny & Cozy Sea View apartment Valdinoce

Our spacious apartment Valdinoce is in Orašac, a place 15 km away from Dubrovnik (20 minutes ride). It is situated at the first floor of our family house, with a nice sea view. This year we have expanded the terrace - it is 32 m2 to enjoy the view even more. Valdinoce features two bedrooms, one is double and one with two single beds, two bathrooms, living room and a parking place right next to it. Since apartment is at the first floor, there are a few steps to reach it. Welcome!!

Kotor - Stone House by the Sea

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.
