They have a locked apartment / 40 m2 on level ground. The terrace invites you to linger. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2×2 m and can be used as a 3rd bed. Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. - At the beginning of 2024, we renovated and cozily designed for our guests - Our approx. 40 m² non-smoking apartment is for 2-3 people. - It has a separate entrance and a quiet sun terrace. - In the large living / sleeping room there is a large double bed, a sofa bed, a large armchair and satellite TV. - The small modern kitchenette offers all possibilities of self-catering. - The bathroom is equipped with glass shower, underfloor heating and hair dryer.

On the heights you will be rewarded with breathtaking views and you will discover our typical villages with their traditions and long history.

Our apartment is located in Sosa, only 8 km (11 min.) from Eibenstock and the swimming gardens. Nearby you can take advantage of many tourist attractions as well as enjoy beautiful hiking and cycling trails in beautiful nature. The Sosa dam is within walking distance of the apartment. The place offers cozy gastronomic facilities, various shopping facilities, baker, butcher, an ATM and near the apartment an Erzgebirge carving studio.

Our apartment is in the beautiful small town of Radeberg, in close proximity to Dresden. Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.

Nice little and cozy apartment for 3-5 people, quietly located right on the edge of the forest. It is great for small families, couples or solo travelers to relax and leave everyday life behind you. In the fully equipped apartment you can stay well with two adults and one child in the bedroom. It is possible to create two more sleeping places on the sofa.

Our apartment, which is in a quiet but central location (e.g. 5 minutes' walk to the market or to St. Ann Church), we have been renting since November 2015. So far, we have welcomed 1,000 guests and all, really all, were at least satisfied :)
