Perfectly located in front of the train station (convenient to put down your bags as soon as you arrive) and 5 minutes from the city center. Great for a stay discovering Nantes or other. I recommend it.

MARIE's accommodation is ULTRA functional… the location is ideal for a trip to the city center, you can do anything on foot it's great!! The bedding is perfect and comfortable and everything is there for a pleasant stay. I recommend it 100%.

Great well-equipped kitchen, perfect toilet, very spacious master bedroom and the second with everything you need. Still with very comfortable living room and small terrace. Great stay in a bucolic place, a charming accommodation, surrounded by meadows, animals... a really welcoming, peaceful and refreshing place. We had a wonderful time there. Our almost 2-year-old daughter flourished there, the environment, nature and her animals, the toys at her disposal. And then the small dishes of local products cooked by Catherine! Succulents! A great hostess, available, responsive and attentive. We would love to come back, and enjoy it even more!!

The apartment can be reached conveniently there with public transport and quiet location. In the immediate vicinity are many amenities and there is much to do in Nantes. The apartment is clean, spacious and very comfortable. Communication with Astrid is friendly and efficient. A very successful week.

I had two great nights at Yoann's place. Although the walls are quite thin so I could hear the neighbors regularly, it didn't bother me more than that. Cleanliness and decor have given a peaceful charm:)

We had a great time. The listing was as described and the directions were clear for check-in. The balneo bathtub is lovely.

Lots of charm and quiet for this duplex apartment! The living room is spacious, nicely appointed, wide open to an adorable garden. Upstairs, 2 comfortable bedrooms share a large bathroom. We have not tested the bubble bath or the Hammam function of the shower, it will be for next time because we will probably be back! A 2-minute walk away there is a bakery and a convenience store that are open even on Sundays. A 3-minute walk away is an entrance to the castle park. Our hosts were super responsive when we had any questions. This home has been fully renovated and recently rented, and a few small details remain to be improved, which we have shared with our hosts. However, we had a great time, and would definitely recommend it!
