A beautiful 30 min drive to Sundance mtn resort. This is a newly built guest suite with a separate entrance, full kitchen, W/D and tons of natural light. 1BD 1BTH with a pool table, one king size bed and one queen inflatable bed. We may add other amenities but the guest suite is the designated area for guests.

Toys, digital piano, built in desks, snacks, and minky blankets! You're close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located spot! Less than 2 miles from Provo River trail and Murdock Canal trail and just 15 min. from Sundance ski resort! We are also about 15 min from BYU and UVU. And only 20 min. from the now expanding Provo Airport.

Located 20 yards from the Bonneville shoreline trail which offers excellent hiking, biking and snowshoeing. Such a great location. Quiet upscale neighborhood. Very safe. Sorry, no events or parties. Sleeps 6 people. 1-bedroom with loft. 3 total beds. Private pickleball court. Easy access to walking, biking, and hiking trails in Utah Valley and only 15 minutes away from Sundance Ski Resort. Private parking and a fully fenced large lawn to enjoy with a fire pit, hammock, and more. The mountain views are stunning. You'll love it here!

Cozy place with amazing mountains

Our apartment has everything included: bathroom, kitchenette (with dishes), linens, privacy, a private deck with Adirondack chairs for enjoying the beginning or end of a day. Off the main roads enough to be quiet, close enough to access the highway and mountains in 5 min. A nice bed, extra futon space, and free street parking. It's our little slice of heaven and we are excited to share it with you!
