Lovely house located in the heart of Bymarka High standard. Amazing rural location but you drive to Trondheim city center in 15 min. You will need a car to get here, but in return you will live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique possibilities in summer and winter. The property is used by the host as a holiday home when it is not rented out. Bed linen and towels are included The 5th bed space in the living room. If you want to stay rural but at the same time this is something for you It's not a party place. Animals welcome.

Peaceful house with hiking opportunities right outside the living room door. In Damkjønna, 3 kilometers from the house, it is nice to swim. Selmokjønna is 1 km from the house. There it is also nice to swim, but more cumbersome and to get out in the water, therefore not so suitable for small children. No animals allowed.
