Part of the common areas of a private castle under renovation, centre of the village 5 min by car or 10 min by bike, hiking and cycling trails, Loire Valley castles (Chambord 40 min), close to Orléans. Located on the ground floor of a building with pleasant views of a beautiful garden. You can eat outside while respecting the neighborhood (even if I am the only one to enjoy it, it is a common garden). It is in the city center, close to the theater, a 7-minute walk from the Orleans Cathedral. Easy paid or free parking 10 min walk on the banks of the Loire or adjacent streets.
