Very clean and convenient apartment for a short stay. It is very well located, which allowed us to do a lot on foot. The little extra for us is that our four-legged friends are accepted. We will be back😊.

Mohammad, although absent, was very attentive to make our stay go smoothly in messages and responded immediately when we approached him. The apartment is spacious, very nice and quiet. Good place that I can recommend.

We had a great time at the apartment which perfectly matched the photos and information we had before our arrival. David and his teams were very helpful in preparing for our arrival by providing an internet page dedicated to our accommodation with all the useful information, also about the key places nearby (for ski equipment, outings, walks, available services, etc.) We will definitely be back!

Staying at Andrea’s place was excellent. The apartment had what I exactly need since I just moved to Geneva. The pictures do not give the apartment fare justice. It is renovated and feels like home. Andrea was super great and the communication with him was smooth and responded promptly (he even left me a welcome and thoughtful gift!). I had no issues at all. The location was super great and I loved the neighborhood to the the extent that I looked for an apartment around the area. I definitely recommend booking with Andrea.

The accommodation is very nice., spacious. A sublime view. For 5 people, that's fine. A fence suitable for our dog. Private parking, all the shops nearby, beautiful villages to visit, access to the fast lake. The Old Town of Annecy is a 10-minute drive. An excellent restaurant within walking distance to the port bistro. Julien and Sébastien welcomed us very warmly. That's it, a memorable stay. To be recommended without hesitation. Emmanuel.

The room was even more beautiful than in the photos, and our host, Marie, was incredibly kind. I had a truly comfortable stay, making unforgettable memories. Even without a car, getting around was easy with the bicycles she provided and the available bus service. We had a lovely stay in Rachel’s beautiful home. The house was spotless and very well equipped with everything we needed for a week’s stay. And the garden and terrace are amazing! Rachel is super responsive and was very easy to contact with any questions. The book with suggestions of restaurants and places to visit was really useful. Great location and loved the chickens :). We would definitely stay again!

As all the others reviewers say, this is an exceptionally good BnB! Well located, spotlessly clean, and very well equippped. Carine and Paul are very warm and welcoming hosts, and I never had to wait more than a few minutes to get a response to any question I had. We strongly recommend this place, especially if you have a car. We will surely visit again :)

Apartment with all the amenities you need. It feels good right away . Small balcony well exposed with lake views and close to all amenities and the lake. Ski resort accessible in a short time. A busy street nearby but not too inconvenient. Very pleasant welcome. Very successful stay.

Sylvie’s apartment is perfect for exploring Annecy and the local area. All areas are walkable and the flat is a comfortable and cosy space to come back to after a day of exploring. Sylvie is very accommodating and responsive and no stone is left unturned to make sure the flat is homely.
