It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very comfortable, clean and perfect for families with kids. Our little ones immediately felt comfortable – there was enough space to play and even a few toys on site. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and always responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

Fantastic place with everything you need! Really an oasis a good distance from the city. In order to recover from the busy city, this is highly recommended The pool and garden is lovely and the house is cozy and has everything you need. Beautifully located on the outskirts of the forest.

Perfect place to spend an night near Parc Asterix and Paris! Very cozy and clean, as is the same on the listing. On the very practical side, check-in is self-contained, without time constraints with all the complete explanations. Very good communication with Siham. Advise without hesitation!

We had a great stay, our children were often able to swim and we could sit and dine in the garden. The cat and turtles came by regularly. In the house you can find everything you need. Sophia is very nice and responds very quickly. The cottage is not big (as you can also see in the pictures) and is quite noisy, the kids woke up when my husband started making coffee, but we later came up with something to do, put the coffee maker in the bathroom:) we enjoyed it very much and the weather was beautiful

We stayed with Angelique for the second time and had a very nice few days with our two daughters! Everything was ready for our youngest daughter and that was very nice. The cottage is clean and tidy and is beautifully located! Will love to come back again.

Nothing to say very well equipped accommodation my son and it is engaged. We have a very good time very responsive at any time. She responds and finds the solution nothing to say for late checkout and romantic decor at the top. Thank you and the accommodation and very well equipped. It's really missing nothing. We stayed in the house during a stay with colleagues, and everything went very well. The check-in instructions were clear, the house is spacious, well-equipped and very well-located. We were able to take advantage of the common space to work and relax after work, and the kitchen was perfect for preparing our meals as a group. In addition, the rooms were comfortable. We highly recommend this place for work stays or with friends!

Very friendly host, very quiet and pleasant accommodation near shops

I just spent a week in the accommodation, I was greeted by Axelle's sociable daddy smile warm and very clear about the intructions, the small house was clean and well equipped, the inner courtyard is a plus as well as the location to park his vehicle. I would highly recommend this property. I don't understand the two negative reviews out of 57 at all, I think her people are really bad times. Big thank you Axelle for this exceptional property at a reasonable price.

We recommend this lovely peaceful house 15min from Disneylandparis. The stay was perfect, the house impeccably clean and we thank Lucinda and David again for the little touches (small chocolates for our children and the essentials for a great lunch). We will be back, for sure!

My stay at the house was very good overall. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the train, and you can reach the center of Paris in about 15 minutes, which was super convenient. The house itself was clean, well-kept, and cozy — it felt great to come back to after a day out in the city. There were just a few small things that could be improved. I missed having disposable slippers — I didn’t bring any with me due to limited luggage space, and ended up walking in socks, which got dirty pretty quickly on the floors. Also, it would’ve been nice to have some shampoo provided in the bathroom, as we had to go out and buy it ourselves. One thing I didn’t quite understand was the requirement to strip all the bed linens upon checkout, especially since I had already paid an extra €150 for cleaning. It felt a bit unnecessary. Still, these were very minor issues. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

in fact , we have nothing to say lol ..except that it was perfect, the accommodation is GREAT, cleanliness ++, beautiful SUPER nice garden, dishes accordingly, good bedding, charming and welcoming hosts as well as Maria who welcomed us. The neighborhood is very quiet and secure. the owners trusted us, we thank them.

We are going to Paris for my cousin's concert and very frankly Baboune's husband welcomed us very warmly, he offered us tea upon arrival, the accommodation was clean and the photos of the accommodation corresponded to the real accommodations!! If you’re visiting Paris and want to have a nice quiet place to relax after all the festivities, this it.

A wonderful, welcoming and fascinating house where we felt immediately at home. It easily accommodated six of us, with generous living spaces (including a grand piano which was very much enjoyed) and a delightful garden. Full of pictures and books, it is a very relaxed and relaxing place to stay: if Paris wasn't on the doorstep, we could easily have not left the house. The local area is terrific, with an amazing market (we were lucky enough to be there at the start of the asparagus season!), restaurants and bars, away from the tourist areas but with easy access to the city centre: we walked just about everywhere. It's rare to find a house like this in a city like Paris, and we had a very special family weekend in this gorgeous family home.
