The swimming pool is surrounded by the greenery of the communal park and can be used from June to September.

Located directly on the lakefront with panoramic views, surrounded by nature but at the same time close to the historic center, this apartment, renovated in August 2025, is composed as follows: on the first floor, a living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchenette, a balcony overlooking the lake and a large window overlooking the garden, a bathroom with a shower; on the second floor, an attic double bedroom and a room used as a walk-in closet. Ideal for couples, families, or travelers looking for relaxation.

From October to April, an additional €10 per day is required.

The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.
