Casa Primavera

Accommodation in the historic center of Orte with parking a few meters away. Not far from the A1 toll booth and the FS station. In the house you can find every service and a terrace (100 square meters) with views of the Tiber River and the hills equipped for outdoor relaxation. There are 2 bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds that can be joined in a double), two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub), living room, kitchen, grottino. You welcome cyclists with bike safe accommodation.

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

The apartment is two floors below the square, entirely dug into the tuff. Overlooking the valley, it is isolated from the noises of the street, quiet, private, and very welcoming. The tuff walls give it an ancient vibe to transport you to another time. It can be reached on foot, via a footbridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.
