Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, plus an induction hob with oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining areas for 6 people both inside and outside on the terrace facing the sea. Gas barbecue, parasol, access to private beach. Please note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double and 2 single, and a small rowing boat are available during the stay. There is a wood-fired hot tub.

Outdoor gym available for rent nearby. A couple of hundred meters away is a harbor. On Orust, there are exciting excursions. The town of Svanesund with grocery store and pizzeria is about 2 km away.

The house offers a lovely balcony under the roof on the second floor, a terrace at ground level and a lawn. With its generous 190 sqm, the house has two kitchens, three bathrooms with toilet and shower, two living rooms and four spacious bedrooms. For larger groups, the house can easily be divided.
